Access is reserved exclusively for members and their guests and is regulated by a private guardian service. The District is divided into about 200 residential units including villas, terraced houses and apartments. It consists of a large living area with comfortable corner sofa and dining table, kitchenette with induction hob and dishwasher, comfortable double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with shower.
The apartment has a first terrace overlooking the sea with a table and chairs from which an external staircase leads to a second and larger scenic attic terrace overlooking the sea.
