Positive: Everything was exceptional. Margaux stayed in touch before our arrival and kept track of any delays, which we really appreciated. She showed us all the facilities and even provided a separate cleaning kit, which was very useful. The location was perfect—quiet neighbourhood, with most attractions within walking distance and a metro station nearby. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.
