Positive: The house is spacious and has everything you need and a nice terrace, garden and parking spot. Nice beach options 5 to 10 minutes by car (some with free parking) and grocery stores.
Negative: A lot of trash in the direct neighborhood (you face some abandoned houses and a smelly and messy trash can stand is nearby). The pool is expensive but poorly operated, not a good fit with smaller kids.
