Beautiful Buck Mountain cabin sitting privately on top of 5 acres with long range mountain VIEWs to watch both sunrise and sunset from the wrap around covered porch. Sit by the gas firepit and enjoy the view. 4 step entry into 1st floor with kitchen, dining, family and ensuite master bedroom. Downstairs is the second bedroom with a queen size bed and bunk bed, full bath, laundry room. Buck Mountain has so much to offer...hiking trails, waterfalls, stocked fishing pond all within a private gated community. Wifi high speed internet and cell phone service!
Area attractions include: App State, Merlefest, FaithFest, Apple Fest, N.Wilkesboro Motor Speedway, New River tubing, trout fly fishing, skiing, antiquing and so much more! Scott Kerr Dam Lake - 8 miles away(boat rentals available). Ski resorts such as in Boone (20 minutes away) or an hour to Sugar and Beech Mtn. Tweetsie Railroad is approximately 35 minutes away. For scenic access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, you'll only have to drive 7 miles north on 421!Alpine Coaster in Banner Elk.
