Summary: Trying to figure out just where to stay in Venice is a challenge. Ca Maria Callas is in an ideal location. Super short walk to St. Mark's Square. Super short walk to the Rialto Bridge. The hotel provides excellent communication, and is VERY prompt in returning all inquiries related to your stay. For late night arrivals, everything is seamless - from arranging the water taxi, to providing clear instructions for check-in, it's a breeze for the weary traveler! I ADORED the view from the room - perfect! It's at a canal "intersection", so watching the gondolas and work boats from the small balcony is mesmerizing! You're behind Theater La Fenice - a must-see! Above all, the room is clean and so comfortable. It's your haven and respite from sightseeing and the bustle of the city. I absolutely recommend Ca Maria Callas.
