Positive: The architecture, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the food was delicious, bed was comfy.

Negative: - We had a lock/passcode malfunction and it was very inconvenient to not have a staff available at the time and that it took them a while to figure out. My husband was feeling ill and he had to wait outside and couldn’t get in until the techs figured out what went wrong with the lock. - Not having a lobby/reception made the check in process a bit confusing and didn’t feel welcoming - That there were no small lights in the rooms, only big downlights
