Positive: Pool was great. Lots of country charm. Location was good.

Negative: Keyless entry did not work. Bedroom near kitchen should be relocated upstairs where the bunk beds and shower is. Pool needs working lights or put on a timer to come on in the evening. Kitchen needs to be updated. Stove top didn't look quite safe. Kitchen drawers need to be organized. I had to rake time to do it myself. Utensils out dated and some rusted. Fridge no Ice maker. The only TV in living room to small it was about 28 inches. Could put a little more effort into the side of the house. Remove old junk. The i'm guessing what was supposed to be a bar areas that was built around a tree, is an eyesore and looks like it's about to collapse.
