The Buganvilla apartment belongs to a beautiful complex of four rural apartments with shared pool, located 8 km from Chiclana de la Frontera. There is the possibility of renting the whole complex, or the apartments individually.
There is private parking on the premises and a large common garden for all the apartments with a large beach-type swimming pool.
The apartments have Wifi, and a common washing machine room for all the accommodations. The enclosure is very comfortable and cozy.
This apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate 6 people, it has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds of 0.90 and two bunk beds, ceiling fan and closet, both bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a full bathroom with shower in each bedroom. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, flat screen TV and dining area, the kitchen is loft style, very well equipped with: microwave grill, capsule and Italian coffee maker, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils to enjoy your stay. In the room you have ceiling fan for the hottest summer nights. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in this accommodation.
In the outdoor area there are fantastic communal gardens and a lake pool with jacuzzi jets also communal. .
The holiday complex is located in a rural area between Chiclana and Puerto Real, in the Marquesado area, and only 20 minutes away from the beach by car. The highway is 4 minutes away, which makes it easy to get to any of the beautiful beaches in the area of Cadiz. At 3 km there is a golf course.
It is in the corridor two Bay, in the gully Royal road from Cadiz to Medina, ideal area where mountain biking, hiking, dressage (El Cortijo de Guerra) ... etc... Just 1 km away there is a small supermarket, bar and restaurant. The area is very quiet, perfect to connect with nature, enjoy the good weather in the pool, hiking etc.. It is an ideal place to rest, relax and disconnect.
It is the perfect base for exploring Andalusia, as it has good access to the road network in the south. FROM 4 MARCH 2025 TO 13 APRIL 2025 THE SWIMMING POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS.

Summary: La piscina preciosa, el apartamento impoluto de limpio, de diez, camas y almohadas super cómodas. Hay aparcamiento, aunque en booking pone que no. Están construyendo una zona para niños con columpios, el día que me fuíhabian puesto césped artificial delante de una casita de madera preciosa que van a poner con juegos. La cocina tiene de todo, y un frigorífico lindo. No tiene campana la placa para cocinar, pero no supone ningún problema. No hay aire acondicionado pero los ventiladores hacen perfectamente su función. La habitación de cama de matrimonio en realidad son dos camas individuales. Jardines y todo muy cuidado. Volveremos. Quizás la ubicación, aunque está a veinte minutos de la preciosa playa de camposoto y La Barrosa. Tiene la ventaja que es super tranquilo al estar en medio del campo.
