Positive: The stay was perfection. Although the host lives next door we were not bothered. He greeted us on our arrival and said for us to knock if we needed anything (we did not). The location was good for exploring, mid-way between Ross and Hereford and we went out every day but one. The beds were so, so comfy and we slept really well. It was lovely and quiet both at night and in the day. The one bedroom was set up so well for someone with a disability and plenty of room for a wheelchair. Both bedrooms were ensuite, one had a shower over the bath and the other had a bath and separate wet room shower. My wife really enjoyed the bath and I have never seen one fill so quickly. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, cutlery, crockery and so on, anything you could need. The only minus was that there could have been more prep room, we had to use the table a couple of times. The TV was a good size and the free wi-fi was very fast. We did not make use of walking the garden as I have mobility issues but the host did tell us to feel free to use the gardens and book for the tennis court if we wanted. We had a wonderful week away. Thank you James and Jill.
