Summary: I will start with the bad and work towards the good. The hotel does not provide free water from a fountain but will happily sell you a plastic bottle filled with water. Come on, let's help the environment. You have to pay to use the safe in the room! The hotel is situated up a hill, if you dont like or cant walk up hill avoid. This side of Palma is nice however there is a limited number local run bars and restaurants. There is a modern shopping complex with plenty of chain restaurants. Hotel is clean, rooms spacious, pool and deck great, food decent and staff lovely.
