Positive: Large apartment with good facilities. Well located. Clean and comfortable Nice balcony. Air conditioning. Excellent communication with host.

Negative: Like many reviews we noticed the traffic noise when windows were open. But this is probably an issue anywhere in Funchal city. It is a walk up a hill, but this was fine for us. Some reviews noted the patio door not locking, we noticed this was still an outstanding issue.

Summary: Lovely stay with good facilities, close to the centre of Funchal and all the tourist attractions.
