Summary: This house needs a lot of work. Plywood bathroom door with holes and damaged bottom. Heating system is marginal. Main bathroom has no towel racks or shelves. Hot water is only warm. Mini blinds are broken. At least one window is broken. No heat in dining area. Inadequate number of dishes for a 4 bedroom. Main lock is installed backwards so need to lock to unlock and unlock to lock. Entrance stairs are unsafe. Overpriced for the condition.
