Summary: Walls are a bit thin and can hear noise from water running in pipes of nextdoor's bathroom (showers, running water in faucets); otherwise the property is off good value, very quiet, short 5 minutes walk to beach, easy access to dining in Pacific Grove downtown, and grocery on Forest Ave. (Trader Joe's, Safeway)
