Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk to the main train station and very close to the bus stops/ S Bahn / U Bahn. The reception staff was very friendly and answered all the question we had.

Negative: The house keeping had a lot to improve. In fact I am very disappointed with their in-room cleaning given it is claimed to be a five star hotel. Some of the basic things were not attended to, like re-supplying clean glasses or mugs. We have informed them there would be two guests in the room. They only supplied one set of bathrobe and slippers until we requested for the second set. The next point would be bottle water. The reception informed us that there would only be one small complementary bottle. With all the hotels we have been, there are always bottled water available during our stay.

Summary: If the house keeping is up to standard, I would say it is a very pleasant stay
