Summary: We stayed in the king room with bath/shower, which was upstairs overlooking the lovely rear garden. The property is well presented, warm, comfortable, clean and quiet. Bed was comfy, fresh towels and a kettle with tea/coffee etc provided. Breakfast was delicious, pre-ordered the night before, so fresh and beautifully cooked and served. Hosts are extremely attentive, organised, friendly and helpful. Parking at the front of the property off of the road which was ideal. Main entrance to the rooms is separate to the main house to the side of the building. The Black Horse pub is just a few minutes walk away. Walking into the centre is @ 15-18 mins along Earlham Road, head towards the Cathedral (8-10 mins) & take the footpath bridge opposite over the main road into the outskirts of town, then its 5 or so mins to the centre. A taxi cost us £10 one way. Would definitely recommend and will come back again.
