The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with a selection of pots, pans, and baking utensils, inviting you to explore your culinary and baking adventures. The main level includes a half bathroom by the entrance and a full-size washer and dryer for your use throughout your stay.
On the second level, you'll find two bedrooms and an office all equipped with Roku TVs. The primary bedroom has a King bed with a twin trundle underneath and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a King bed with a twin trundle underneath and is beautifully designed with coastal wallpaper. You can be productive in the office, which also has a twin pull-out sofa bed. This level also includes a second full bathroom.

Pricing of our home is on a per guest and per pet basis and applies to the entire reservation length (regardless if some guests / pets are only visiting, won't be sleeping over on certain nights, etc.) - we ask all guests to enter the total number of guests / pets that will enter our home when booking, to see accurate pricing and avoid price changes for additional guests / pets added after booking.
Please note: during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather. We encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen weather or health events to protect your reservation.

Tides and winds can be unpredictable at all times, so please do not leave any chairs and umbrellas unattended. Since we're right on the beach, high winds are a regular occurrence.
Please be sure to familiarize yourself with Norfolk’s Beach Rules for umbrellas, tents, and canopies. We have found they are different than a lot of places we ourselves have traveled.
We have a stocked beach closet with beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. However, if these items are stolen and/or broken, we cannot guarantee their availability.

🐞 Wildlife/Bugs
Expect to encounter wildlife. We often see dolphins in the water and bald eagles or other falcons flying around. There will be bugs! A cost of being so close to water. Consider packing bug spray, and please keep all doors/windows to the house closed when not in use.

The house has 4 parking spaces that are shared between both units. Your reservation will come with 2 parking spaces.

We are unable to accommodate animals other than dogs at this time.

We are a dog friendly property and we have a phenomenal cleaning team but they are human so there is a possibility for human error, if there is an issue during your stay let us know and we will try to address it! Since we are dog friendly, those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.
Quiet Hours 🤫
10PM-7AM: You MUST keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 7am. This is a city requirement. Noise can travel easily, and we are in regular communication with neighbors. We request guests be respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours.

The best mode of transportation is a car, however, the bus does stop near the house (Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) Route 3 runs between Downtown Norfolk and Ocean View).
