NEIGHBORHOOD PEACE – At all times, it is essential to respect the peace of the neighborhood. No excessive noise will be tolerated after 10:00 p.m. to avoid complaints. Fees for non-compliance with the regulations will be charged.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF GUESTS – At no time can the maximum capacity of guests exceed the number allocated to the chalet.

The BBQ will not be available from November 1st to May 1st.
NO PETS, a fee of $200 + taxes per day will apply for the presence of an undeclared animal. Please note that barking is considered excessive noise and measures will be taken to this effect (with the exception of chalets 260-La Niche, 148-Messina and 215-Escapade which accept animals).
Private PARKING at the entrance of the chalet. NO permits on the side of the roads.
Our infrastructures are entirely NON-SMOKING, a fee of $200 + taxes per rental day will apply in the event of a violation of this regulation.
DAMAGE / BREAKAGE / THEFT - Fees may be charged to cover any damage, breakage or theft caused to the chalets, furniture, items or other, as well as any additional cleaning costs required at the end of the stay to restore the chalet.
Kanata Tremblant may terminate the rental at any time if the guest does not respect the conditions or violates the regulations in force.
Kanata Tremblant will not provide any financial compensation related to bad weather that may cause an interruption of satellite television, internet access, electricity or water. We make sure to do what is necessary to intervene quickly for any of these situations.
