Banksia by the Sea is located within walking distance of the beach and cafe in Gerroa. Gerringong is a 7 minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants or 13 minutes in the other direction is Berry with even more shops, cafes and award winning restaurants.

How is the property laid out?
Banksia by the Sea is the rear villa in a two-villa complex, which has a private entrances accessed by external stairs.
Banksia by the Sea is a modern, single level house with a fully equipped kitchen. The property is immaculately presented and has two bedrooms - one with queen bed, and one with a bunk bed and one trundle bed. The house has an open plan living/dining area with a comfortable sofa, TV with streaming services and air conditioning. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is one bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
