Positive: Avery's Beach Bungalow was exactly as advertised. Beds are very comfortable. Location great. Beach is beautiful! For future renters: there are four beach towels, four beach chairs, a beach wagon and a beach umbrella. We lugged so much beach stuff that was in house that would have been so helpful to know was on site.
Negative: There is always schmutz in the pool-- the filter doesn't seem to work properly. There is no grill. The information from the rental company implied you would need to bring your own blankets-- perhaps they meant throw blankets? There were quilts/bedspreads on all beds.
Summary: We would absolutely stay here again.
