Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The bed was comfortable and staff was quick and responsive when we had found issues.
Negative: At arrival we were asked to cancel the booking and pay in cash because the owner had issues with the booking system. This would not have been a problem if we had known earlier. The owner "upgraded" us to a "better" room (from a double to a suite), except that the better room did not have curtains in the glass terrace doors. The room did not have towels, and the bedsheets had a big stain and no cover, but the receptionist helped us right away, apologised and changed them. We were also not made aware that the hotel turns off the water in the night, which became a big problem when we had to use the toilet in the middle of the night...
