Positive: Nice apartment, recently renovated, very well equipped, good parking spot, 10min walking to the beach (be cautious it is a very steep hill, would not recommende for small kids or trolleys, but it is possible to go with the car).

Negative: The second bed is extendable sofa, which is OK for kids, otherwise a little bit stiff.
