Positive: Great sunsets around the corner. Close to local (like private) beach and swimming.
Negative: The apartment is practically a garage converted into an apartment. The plumbing line (drain) is exposed to the open space from above. So when the tenants from upstairs use water, flush, etc. you can hear it like it is right next to your ear. You hear every single drop literally, in the middle of the night whenever anybody used any water or facility you hear it loud and clear. The walls of the bedroom are just partitions so it is actually a studio with partition for bedroom. It was clean and all but it could be done better considering the price per night.
