Positive: A clean and tidy place. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and the air-conditioning came in handy.There were items provided, such as towels, hand soap, sugar, ect which was good. The property owner (via WhatsApp message) was quick to reply and provided useful information.
Negative: The bathroom extractor was very noisy (there was no window in the bathroom). Having to provide ID for verification via a web link (which turns out to be an Italian law) but the link also asked for credit card information, which doesn't need to be filled and this wasn't communicated clearly at first.
