Pineda de Mar offers many activities for the whole family, from mountain hikes, horse rides, bicycle rentals, kayaks during July and August, and much more.
The apartment is perfectly connected by bus and train. With trains to Barcelona - Girona and airport every 30 minutes. Train station about 100 metres away.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
I want to inform you that due to the Emergency situation due to drought, and water restrictions, the municipality of Pineda de Mar has reduced water pressure. This problem affects especially flats located on elevated floors (this specific one is a penthouse). It affects mainly the bathroom area, both hot and cold water, the flow is minimal and may require your patience for personal hygiene. If despite this notice you want to proceed with your reservation, we will welcome you gladly.
Persons on the property:
· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time on the property.
Check-in:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

Late arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Out of hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.
· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.
· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.
- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price £100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new key set.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.
- If there are complaints from neighbours or the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or any loss during your stay.
