New and modern home (4300 sqf private residence) close to the mountains and the city. It is localized between Denver and Golden. Easy access to Boulder, Red Rocks & mountains. Neighborhood Pool, Splash Pad, Playground, Basketball Court, Baseball Field in walking distance. This spacious home is staged professionally. You can enjoy a wonderful vacation in Colorado. THINGS TO NOTE:
-Double garage is no available to guests, but the single garage and 2 car driveway parking and street parking is available.
-NO SMOKING inside the home or interior stricture.
-NO PETS.
-NOT responsible to refill propane must be refilled by guest if empty.
-Upon request and available for a fee of $100. Guest must communicate this prior to reservation, as this is not always available due to previous check our time and cleaning staff availability.
-NOT early luggage drop-off available due the cleaning protocols.
-If the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition requiring any additional cleaning the guest will be charged an additional minimum cleaning fee of $400, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.
