Summary: The little blue house was a great surprise! Spacious, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom with bath was roomy and private for daughters family of 3. The cozy, fenced backyard was great for enjoying our morning coffee while our grandson played in the outside game room. The house offered toiletries and kitchen & laundry supplies. It sits on a one-way street with little traffic and is 3-4 blocks to Old Town Arvada (see the water tower from back yard). We walked for breakfast and dinner with drinks. Elementary playground across the street was another plus for grandson. Perfect stay for our extended family of 5!
