Spacious and comfortable townhouse in the heart of Agaete, between the dock and the town of Agaete, the house has three large bedrooms, a terrace with barbecue, hammocks, shaded areas, outdoor shower, fruit trees and a large roof terrace with fantastic views of the natural park of Tamadaba. There is also a porch at the entrance, ideal for enjoying a good local coffee and a huge interior patio. The house is ideal for families who want to relax, go hiking, do water sports or discover the island.

Agaete is a seaside village, its town centre is located at an altitude of 43 metres above sea level. The topography of Agaete is, in general, very abrupt. Three main basins stand out: El Risco, Guayedra and Agaete, reaching a maximum altitude of 1,180 metres in the summit area of the Pinar de Tamadaba.
The Tamadaba Natural Park is a protected area, and contains the largest pine forest in Gran Canaria. Towards the sea, the massif descends steep slopes, steep ravines and steep cliffs, creating a landscape of great beauty, where the impressive Roque Faneque stands out, whose 1,008 metres drop vertically into the sea and is considered to be one of the highest active cliffs in the world.
