Two blocks from lovely Churchill's Landing Beach and across the road from sizable Rabbit pond. A mile from large freshwater lake (Fresh Pond) with beach and paid parking. This home has been enjoyed by generations of beach goers -- you will love it here, too! The cottage features an open living area with cathedral ceilings and french doors leading to a beautiful screened porch on the pond side of the property. There's even an outdoor shower to wash off the sand. Can sleep 6 people (4 adults best): beds include 2 rooms with queen-sized beds, and a room with 2 twin beds (w/ trundles can sleep 2 more small/young people). In-unit free laundry.
