The Zion Red Rock Oasis sits on 15 private acres near Zion National Park, offering 360-degree views from its outdoor decks and balconies. It’s fully packed with everything you need for a vacation or business retreat. Located in the community of Rockville, UT, this two-story home boasts wall-to-wall breathtaking views of Zion National Park and sits right inside the world-renowned Gooseberry Mesa biking trail.
Just 10 minutes away is Zion National Park, known for some of the world’s best canyoneering, hiking, and biking. On-site amenities include kayaks, a water trampoline, private access to the Virgin River, and ATV trails. There is so much to do year-round!
This home features a private lake, swimming pool, sauna, theater, indoor soccer field, hot tub, seven bedrooms, and a large bunkhouse with seven semi-private bunk stalls. It also includes seven bathrooms and a 3,000-square-foot grand area with high vaulted ceilings, accommodating up to 56 people.
Butch’s Bunkhouse: Named after Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, which was filmed just down the road, the bunkhouse is located across the driveway. It offers seven “stall” rooms with rolling barn doors for privacy. Guests can keep the doors open for a communal feel or close them for added privacy. The community-style bathroom includes four changing rooms, two showers, and two toilets.
Kitchen: This spectacular 3,000-square-foot kitchen is set up to host even the most sophisticated dinner with custom river rock countertops and gourmet appliances, complemented by bar-style seating. It’s sure to be the heart of every occasion.
Moving Glass Windows: Bring nature indoors with an expansive wall of windows that slide open and disappear, merging indoor and outdoor spaces.
Sports/Theater/Game Room Area: This area feels like a whole new playground for your friends and family, featuring an indoor soccer field that can be converted for indoor volleyball, a sauna, ping pong room, and theater.
Local Attractions: During warmer months, access some of Utah’s best hiking, fishing, and mountain biking. In winter, enjoy picturesque views of snow-covered red rocks. You can hike, cross-country ski, or snowshoe to Observation Point, one of Utah’s most scenic spots. With 15 acres of land, you can freely explore by bike or UTV. Gooseberry Mesa’s National Recreation Trail is right outside the property and leads to the historic Grafton Ghost Town, where Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid was filmed in 1969.
Pool: The pool is heated in the winter and perfect for cooling off in the summer—a great spot to kick back and relax with friends and family. (Pool heating is available for $150/day between Oct - March for the nightly minimum of your stay.)

This home is right next door to our Zion Red Rock Villa, which accommodates up to 58 people, and is only seven minutes from Zion Red Rock Chalet, which sleeps up to 22. All homes can be rented together for larger groups while maintaining plenty of privacy. Each property also has its own high-speed Wi-Fi and internet.
