The chalet is nicely decorated with new appliances, new leather armchairs and multiple cushions for more comfort. Some period furniture is still part of the decoration in order to maintain the warm atmosphere. The mix of wood, up-to-date decoration and contemporary furniture gives this chalet a unique atmosphere of calm and serenity. Come and enjoy the multiple terraces all around the chalet as well as the spa and patio furniture with several comfortable cushions. All complemented by new landscaping.
The chalet is located in Lac-Supérieur, on the north side of Mont-Tremblant, just 5 km from the ski lifts (North side) of the ski resort and 15 minutes from the pedestrian village of Mont-Tremblant. During the summer, if you are a triathlon enthusiast, everything is close by for training athletes. Km of roads for cycling, a lake for swimming in fresh water and lots of trails or roads for running. You can also pay a visit to the Ironman Mont-Tremblant training center, 15 minutes away by car.
The private estate is made up of 70 Scandinavian-style log homes built on a plot of 1 acre each. Very private, the chalet is located on the mountainside with a beautiful southwest exposure. The light at the end of the day and the sunsets are splendid and provide the perfect backdrop for a late-day aperitif and early evening meal.
THE INTERIOR:
Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and plenty of kitchen accessories that will satisfy all gourmet chefs and their guests. In the living room, make yourself comfortable on the leather sofas, while a beautiful stone wood fireplace provides warmth and a friendly atmosphere. You will also find lots of neatly stacked firewood right next to the main entrance.
The chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will find 2 bedrooms on the upper level, one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed. You will also find a full bathroom upstairs with a tub and shower.
On the lower level, you will find the other two bedrooms, a living room with home theater and a bathroom with shower and washer-dryer. The third bedroom with a Queen bed is very bright given the large patio door which opens onto a magnificent private terrace with a complete set of patio furniture. You also have access to the outdoor spa from this room. The last bedroom for children has two single beds. All linens and towels are provided.
The VIEW!
From the living room, open the patio door and explore the vast 20 x 19 foot terrace. Oriented to the south, it offers a spectacular view of the valley and Mont-Tremblant and a magnificent sunset. A beautiful and large stainless steel barbecue (Napoleon) is also at your disposal (two propane tanks provided)
A six-chair patio set with two umbrellas is also available for a great meal outside or simply for a contemplative experience with your favorite drink.

During summer days, owners and their guests have access to a private beach on Lake Superior, where you'll find several kayaks and life jackets for you to use. You can also come and relax at our private pool with a lifeguard or improve your skills on the tennis or basketball court.
In the fall, throw a log into the fireplace, relax and admire the color change as the trees turn yellow, orange and red.
During the cold season, this chalet becomes the ideal paradise for all winter sports enthusiasts. Strategically located just ten minutes from the ski resorts of Mont-Tremblant and Mont-Blanc, this is the ideal getaway to take full advantage of the location and surroundings of the Tremblant region.
