Now you can be literally on the water without breaking the bank. Captain Quarters is a 1-bedroom studio with a queen sleep, Micro Kitchen, bathroom, shared laundry room and a boat dock. This 1-bedroom studio is directly under a 2-bedroom house. Rent just the Captains quarters or the entire property. Located on the canal literally feet from the water. Smoker BBQ pit, fish cleaning station, Boat dock, seasonal swimming pool and so much more is all included in our Captains Quarters.
Captain Quarters does have some unique features, for starters, the down stairs cover patio with the table and chaired are for your exclusive use. You are welcome to use the boat dock, fish cleaning station, laundry room, and concert deck leading to boat dock. The swimming pool is open seasonal; summer months only and is shared. Sleeper sofa is a queen size bed if you remove back cushions. Micro kitchen has everything you need for four people to include a blender, microwave/convention oven/air fryer. This micro kitchen comes equipped with a two-burner electric plate that can be used inside or outside on the granite counter top should you wish to cook outside or just need more space. If you need more freezer space for bait, Ice, or what every, there is a shared freezer in the utility room. You are welcome to use any part of the property down stairs but upstairs is reserved only is you book the entire property.
You will need a car; it is suggested that you do your grocery shopping in town prior to your arrival. There are local grocery stores but be prepared to pay up to 4 time what you will pay in town. Beach is a short drive less than a mile. A golf cart to rent is available my request.
