There are two bedrooms in the property consisting of a double and a second-floor twin, sleeping four guests and benefiting from being served by a bathroom and a second-floor shower room. On the first floor rests an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a snug with a woodburining stove, while the first floor boasts a study with a gas fire. To the front of the property is roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis, as well as modest courtyard with a sun lounger and to the rear is an enclosed terrace with table and chairs. York Place Gallery is a spectacular choice for an escape as a couple, or with friends or family to explore the North Sea coast.
