Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The hotel offered me a great experience from start to finish, I couldn't have asked for more. The location is ideal, centrally located, right above the Queen station and across the street from the Eaton Center. The reception was quick and welcoming. The room was large, with a kitchen, dining area, living room and desk with mouse, screen and office chair by the windows. The adjacent bedroom was small, but the closet was large and the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure was delightful and large mirrors were useful to get ready in the morning. I never heard any noise from other guests and used the fan to cover any noise from the street below. They provided a few complimentary snacks and I was happy to use the kitchen as needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and exceptional value.

Negative: It did not detract from my stay, but the internet connection with the free wifi was slow and made videocalls challenging, but since I barely used it, I did not feel I had to upgrate to the paid connection.

Summary: A wonderful, central and comfortable hotel!
