Positive: Right in the heart of Bologna’s Old Town. Couldn’t get a better location! Surprisingly very quiet considering the central location and we were there on one of the busiest weekends of the year. We rented the entire 2 floor apartment for 2 couples. It is a B&B so you could potentially be sharing with other people just to be aware. A small balcony off the upstairs bedroom and a Juliet balcony off the kitchen. Kitchen had a bar fridge with milk, yogurt and juice. There was coffee, a kettle, cereal and some packaged pastries with all the necessary dishware and cutlery. (Italy does not allow B&B’s to serve fresh foods.) No microwave or other kitchen facilities. Marco was an excellent host. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations and quick to respond to WhatsApp messages.

Negative: There was really only one shower downstairs. The upstairs bath had a bathtub but was too short to have a proper shower. A bath seat would have worked well there but we managed fine.
