Once you drive onto Highview Avenue, the tranquility and peaceful surroundings with stunning live oaks trees puts you in a vacation mood!
Walking into the house, the living room and open kitchen invites you to sit down and enjoy your stay. Comfortable furniture, large TV with streaming services, a nook with a desk where you can read, write and do your emails - if necessary!
The living room opens up to the covered lanai and pool. Rather hang out in the kitchen?
The oversized beautiful solid stone countertop offers plenty of space to mingle and socialize. Or use it for prepping your meals.
Right off the kitchen is the dining area with - again - access to the pool. All appliances and kitchen equipment is provided! TURNKEY with linens etc.
The main bedroom features a sleep-number king size bed, TV with YouTubeTV streaming and acces to the pool area. A nice size walk-in closet holds your vacation clothes and luggage.
The main bathroom is remodeled and is very attractive with new solid stone countertops, a jetted tub, toilet and walk-in shower with glass shower doors.
On the other side of the house are two guest rooms: one room features a queen bed and the other bedroom has a pull-out couch. with a twin size Serta mattress. The bathroom for these bedrooms is in the hallway and has a combo tub/shower, toilet and vanity. All remodeled! There is an extra queen size blow up mattress.
Off the kitchen towards the garage is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. Perfect as mud room as well!

The house is very tastefully decorated in the latest style; there is luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the house, modern kitchen and bathrooms.
The pool has a SOLAR HEAT and will work well with the sun out during the day. At night = no sun so the solar panels won't work. We can not predict the weather and temperature of the pool in the fall, winter and spring season.
The lanai and pool area is screened in and there is plenty of space to sit outdoor. A large bar compliments the pool area plus a gas fireplace and a GEORGE FOREMAN electric grill.
This villa is close to shopping, to the Hwy 44 (Gulf to Lake Hwy) and the to be finished Suncoast Parkway (Spring 2022). Lot's of outdoor activities in the area, lots of golf courses and events.
