The Space:
The apartment is very well equipped, has very spacious and open spaces. The air conditioning cools the entire apartment in summer and heats the room in winter.
The bedroom area is separated from the rest of the apartment, it is equipped with two single beds, large closets and storage space. The entrance to the bathroom from the room turns the sleeping area into a suite. The bathroom is large, equipped, has a very calm decoration and is made up of two separate areas, so two people can use it at the same time perfectly
The spacious living-dining room has a comfortable sofa and a large 65-inch TV to watch the best movies and enjoy fantastic evenings. Our guests will be able to eat at a beautiful glass table decorated with comfortable chairs.
The kitchen area is spacious, comfortable and equipped, perfect for preparing the best breakfasts, dinners and lunches.
The apartment is very bright, it has a lot of light, the entire living-dining room and bedroom area has huge windows that give the apartment a lot of light, but at the same time they are totally private. Also, there are good curtains to keep out the light and sleep comfortably.
The apartment is designed to make our guests' stays as pleasant as possible and to make their stays as perfect as possible.
Entry is via electronic lock.
** As it is an apartment that is rented for one month stays or longer than one month, the cost of supplies is not included in the rent. The cost of supplies will be according to consumption.
We will collect a provision of funds (7€ per day) before arrival and we will adjust it upon departure with utility bills, the guest will only pay for electricity, water and gas that is consumed.
APARTMENT RULES
We do not accept guests coming to celebrate bachelor or bachelorette parties.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited, as well as making noise at night.
Failure to respect our rules will result in eviction from the apartment and loss of the security deposit.

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.
WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is indicated in the listing. It must be paid before arrival. To facilitate the management of security deposits, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online using a bank card number, without affecting the guest's account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or blocking a credit card. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the requested steps, at least one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the Guest will not be charged the requested amount, but rather authorizes the charge in case of damage.
Damage Deposit Collection: If the property is left in good cleaning condition and no damage or missing items are observed during the final inventory at the end of the stay, the bank details will be removed no later than 10 days after the end of the stay.
If damage is found, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly after the Owner has deducted the cost of the damages, plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
