Welcome to a newly remodeled (2019) mid-century beach cottage nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking the serene Holmes Harbor. This slice of heaven boasts Pacific Northwest American Indian artifacts and furs, adding a unique touch to the décor.
Unleash the beauty of the breathtaking water view by opening the wall-to-wall French doors in the living room. Feel the ocean breeze as you relax on the comfortable couch or loveseat, both equipped with recliners. The extra-large master bedroom features a King bed, dressers, a cozy sitting area, and a convenient desk. The second bedroom features a queen bed and dresser, and a queen-size Aerobed is available for extra guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs. With one bathroom, this cottage is perfect for up to four adults, or a family with up to four children.
Prepare meals in our generously stocked kitchen that features all major and small appliances, including a Vitamix, KitchenAid, and Instapot. Or, embrace outdoor dining and relaxation on the deck while cooking up a delightful meal on the BBQ. In the evenings, cozy up by the propane fireplace and indulge in your favorite shows on the 56” Smart TV (cable and high-speed internet included), or enjoy the array of jigsaw puzzles, books, and games suitable for all ages.
The entire living space, along with the spacious deck, is located upstairs, while the double deep carport and storage area below provide ample space for your belongings.
Grab the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and sand toys, and take a leisurely stroll a few minutes away down the gated Saratoga Community beach access road. During low tide, you'll encounter abundant sand dollars, seashells, and captivating sea life. Keep an eye out for soaring bald eagles and the distant presence of majestic whales. You're welcome to bring your kayaks or smaller boat and launch them from the beach. Don't forget to explore the fabulous nearby beaches as well. Our personal favorite is Double Bluff, with its enchanting driftwood castles and endless stretches for leisurely walks.
