Newly renovated condo with all the amenities in a 55+ building in premier golf community! Two master bedrooms with queen sized beds and private screened balconies. Kitchen includes all appliances and new cookware, knives, dinnerware and flatware for six. Fully supplied with towels and linens. Downstairs powder room. Newly renovated pool and barbeque area is steps outside the back patio. Utilities, wifi, and cable included. Required minimum stay 30 nights.
