Beautiful and Unique Family home. 6 BR, 4 Bath, Pool. Located 1 ½ short blocks to the beach. This home is located in the Wildwood Crest/ Diamond Beach area. The home is set up perfectly for large family/ Multi family vacation and fun in the sun. It Boasts 3 separate living areas. And a private heated pool with plenty of space for all to enjoy.
First Floor
You will find a beautifully furnished main living room, with Flat screen TV, Brick wall with fireplace, this room opens directly onto the pool area. Also located with direct access to the pool Area is a large Kitchen with Island seating, stainless-steel appliances, wolf ovens, sub-zero refrigerator and walk in pantry. Located next to the Kitchen area is the second living area of this house. The sunroom and Bar entertainment room. This one-of-a-kind entertainment space also has direct access to the private pool and deck area. The Bar room has a flat screen TV and two refrigerators to hold all your cold beverages. The sunroom has a queen sleeper sofa, two chairs, table, and flat screen TV. A great spot for early morning coffee, relaxing, reading and of course great space for entertaining. The outside pool area has a large table, lounge chairs, three umbrellas, an awning that spans the whole length of the house with a sectional sofa and rocking chairs. There is also an outside shower, gas grill, brick fireplace and patio, great area for games. Heading back into the main floor of the house, you will find a large dining room. A Large beautifully furnished bedroom with king bed, seating area, Flat screen TV, ceiling fan. Located off the Kitchen area is a full-size bathroom with walk in shower, this bathroom is handicap and wheelchair accessible. Enter the main entrance foyer area to the beautiful staircase leading to the second floor.
Second Floor
Four bedrooms are located on the second floor. To the left of the hall, you will find 3 Large Bedrooms beautifully furnished with queen beds, large closets, ceiling fans, and flat screen TVs. There is a Full-size bath in the hallway with double sink and walk in shower. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Also located on this floor is an amazing Master bedroom, with King bed, Full bath with walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, two vanities and a walk-in cedar closet. A bonus room is located off the master bedroom. This is the third living space of the house. This unique living space has a cathedral ceiling and panoramic windows, is furnished, and has a Flat screen TV. A great space for reading, relaxing, or watching a movie.
Third Floor
A staircase takes you to the third floor and 6th bedroom. This floor has a queen bed, Two (2) Twin Day beds with twin trundle that pull out to sleep up to 4. The trundles are suggested for children only. It also has a full-size bathroom with tub/shower. This is the 4th bathroom of the
