Summary: Location is excellent! Close to restaurants, trails, boating tours, grocery store. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cooking supplies. Could use more forks and spoons. House needs some cleaning up. Layout was great for a large group. Exterior is quite overgrown - pictures do not indicate this. Lots of chairs in side yard but could use cleaning. Would be nice to have towels for guests. Takes up a lot of room to bring beach, bath, hand and dish towels. Duvet or blanket for beds. Just sheet type cover supplied. Owner responded quickly and had propane tank delivered by early following morning when ran out.
