Located in the Paris Landing area near Buchanan's Resort. The cottage sits on 3.5 lots and is near scenic woods with a cove less than 150 yards away. If you have a larger group we now own BACK TO BACK COTTAGES. This beautiful place is right next to VRBO #2399838.....check it out!. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath is the perfect getaway and location, location, location is the best way to describe this little gem! If you are a fisherman, hunter, general water sports enthusiast, or just want some peace and quiet in your life then this is the place! It is about 5 minutes from Paris Landing State Park. The park offers a beautiful and challenging par 72, 18-hole golf course. Sand beach and a Marina with public ramps and slips. Right in the neighborhood (2 minutes away) is Buchanan Resort where you can rent boats, kayaks, and boat slips! The cottage has full internet and WIFI capabilities. There are two TV's that are ROKU and ready to stream whatever you wish so bring your log-in info and you are all set! Central Air for those times when you need a break from the heat. The knotty pine interior of this cabin with the whitewash panel walls makes this feel spacious and comfortable. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage while sitting in the beloved screened in porch that overlooks the cove area at the end of the road. There is a full kitchen (pots, pans, silverware, cups, etc.) with newer appliances and basically everything you need to cook your meals. There is an area to eat with a kitchen table. The living room is spacious and has a sofa, love seat and two recliners with a large 58" Roku TV for your enjoyment. There are two separate bedrooms. One has a queen bed. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a door that goes to an outside deck. The bathroom is conveniently located in the middle of the cabin and has a full tub/shower combo. There is a charcoal grill and fire pit with adirondacksfor your evening outside pleasures Take your kayaks, water toys, golf cart right down the road and have a blast at the cove! There are multiple boat ramps within a mile of the property and the infamous Buchanan Resort is 1.1 mile from the front door. Paris Landing State Park is approximately 7 miles away. This cottage is located on 3 and a half lots that give you plenty of elbow room. The space also has an extra lot that is level and will accommodate your toys with plenty of room to not only park your other vehicles, but also has a pull through drive so that you may keep your boat or other toys hooked up and pull straight through without having to unhook or maneuver around to back your rig up. The cove is approximately 150 yards from the cabin and during summer pool has a very useful boat ramp that will virtually work for any boat to load and unload. Special Note for Pets: We love dogs and want to remain a pet-friendly rental but there are a few rules that MUST be followed. Pet fee will be 50 dollars. No more than one dog/cat under 50 lbs. Must stay off furniture and beds at all times. Dog must be kenneled when alone and excrement in the yard must be picked up and discarded. Any accidents inside the house must be cleaned immediately. We do have a security camera located in the front of the cottage that is aimed only at the driveway entrance. No exceptions to these rules or the deposit will be forfeited.
