Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location is perfect! The views of the bay and marina were awesome. The kitchen is well stocked. Beds were comfortable and linens were very nice. The washer/dryer in unit was so convenient. The pool was great!
Negative: There were several rips in the sofa and loveseat that could be mended. The light fixtures are all quite old with wear and with some bulbs not working. I did find some extras in a cabinet and replaced one. The carpet is older and stained in several places. The 2nd bath exhaust fan was so caked with dust/debris that it wasn't working. I found a vacuum next to the washer/dryer and vacuumed it all out so it would function again. Wallpaper in the bath is peeling. Overall the only complaints were cosmetic and wouldn't take too much to remedy.
