The Space:
ENTRY LEVEL
On entry we have a luxurious queen bedroom with courtyard, wardrobe and toilet. On the other side on the entry hall is a generous rumpus room with table tennis, a large TV for movie nights, bean bags, toys and books.
An additional sofa bed is located in the rumpus and available at a nightly fee and on request.
SECOND LEVEL
Here you will find the stunning main lounge room with gas fireplace, indoor dining space and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has a sizeable breakfast bar for feast preparation and morning coffee chats.
This level has a private queen room away from the main area with walk in robe and ensuite.
This is also the kiddies level with 2 additional bedrooms each with 2 single beds, the main bathroom with bath and the laundry.
THIRD LEVEL
This is where you will find the master suite and parents retreat. Beautiful wide windows encompass this bedroom with plantation shutters, sunrise views to die for, huge walk in wardrobe and ensuite.
THE DECK
Perfectly thought through for year round entertaining. Beautiful wooden dining setting for 10 guests, chefs BBQ, beer fridge, festoon lights, heater and swings seats for relaxing with a glass of wine.
THE POOL
Take your tanning sessions to the next level and spread out around the 'heated' pool, yes it's heated! Lounge comfortably in style and enjoy being connected to the backyard.
THE GROUNDS
Who would not want to be a kid in this backyard. Soft green lawns under foot, inbuilt trampoline, cubby house, ball pit... a children's paradise! They will not want to leave.
The Neighborhood:
Take a 900 meter stroll to the sand ( albeit not a flat walk ) or enjoy the local club, Breakers, for a meal and some great local cafes and small eateries very close by.

* COAST HOSTING does not allow 3rd party bookings on any properties without prior consent
NOISE POLICY The White House is in a residential neighbourhood so we require our guests to understand and adhere to the current noise guideline set out by Central Coast Council.
There is a 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay.
We are obliged to require no outside noise after 10pm including weekends.
No outside music at any time however you are welcome to have music inside the house at a reasonable level.

* PARKING. Given it is a large house accommodating many people we do ask that the driveway be best utilised for parking to minimize street congestion.
* PETS. While we do welcome one SMALL dog we do ask that
