Summary: The is exactly as described.We had access to many stores, the neighborhood was extremely quiet. The owner was super nice and responded quickly whenever I emailed her. This is a duplex so you can hear the people upstairs but very briefly. I would recommend this place for families with pets. I brought my shih tzu with me and she had more than enough space for playing outside.
