Positive: Great location. Walking distance to beach & shops. Great accommodation for a multi generational stay. Well equipped kitchen

Negative: The local manager wasn’t expecting us. Our contact was through the owner. Because of that the house wasn’t fully clean when we arrived. There were workmen’s tools & clothing lying about. It was also freezing & the hot tub wasn’t filled. The local manager was very helpful & we felt sorry for him. He finished the cleaning , tidied up & filled the hot tub.,He said that usually the heating is out on the day before guests arrive & the hot tub filled ready. I complained to the host as effectively we lost 24 hours of hot tub use & warmth! He refunded me £100 which he said was the maximum allowed. I feel that wasn’t enough ..
