This Home has expansive, west facing views for some of the best sunset experiences you can imagine. Come sit on the deck, with a fire table, rocking chairs, and a your drink of your choice and to watch the sun set go down or enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea in the morning with a blanket. With multiple areas to gather and play, including two living rooms, a rec room outfitted with a ping pong table, and outdoor games like bocce ball, cornhole, and badminton or volleyball.
Cooking a meal here will be easy with a kitchen stocked to the brim with high quality tools, foundational spices, and a brand new Traeger outside waiting to be used.
Enter the home on the main living floor (Kitchen, dining and 2 living rooms),take a half flight of stairs up to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms or a half flight down to the rec room and a 3rd bathroom. Sleep 8 comfortably with a king bedroom, queen bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom for a total of 4 twin beds.
Wildlife abounds! Whale watching is right out your front door, with a spotting scope and in the morning the back yard has the cutest bunny visitors that can give your dogs a workout too.
This home is centrally located between the convenience of Oak Harbor and the charm and historic of Coupeville - the best of both worlds. Beach access is a 5 minute walk.
Spend your day visiting the numerous nearby farm stands, go kart racing, or catch a movie at the drive-in theater. There are a number of great parks within minutes of the house with awesome hiking and relaxing nature.
