Brand new home in trendy West Asheville. This charming bungalow boasts four large bedrooms and three baths with two large living areas, each with their own pullout sleeper sofa, sleeping as many as fourteen people.
Very tastefully decorated with a mix of vintage pieces, local art, and the best of the Amazon.
The open floor plan on the main level is great for entertaining. Head downstairs for sports and movie watching on the 75” Roku TV and make some drinks at the wet bar.
The space
3 miles from the trendy Haywood Rd area or 5 miles from downtown Asheville, the home is conveniently located for groups that would like to experience all of things (breweries) that Asheville has to offer.

Guests will have use of the entire home including laundry and a fully stocked kitchen.

**NO PARTIES:
The home is located in a peaceful serene neighborhood. If you’re looking for a place for a large or loud celebration, this is NOT it. Good luck in your search.
All outdoor activities shall cease at 10pm and anything continuing indoors will be done at a lower level of volume.
There is a security camera on the front porch that displays the front porch and driveway. There is also a camera located on the back deck that shows all activity on the deck and in the backyard.
DOG POLICIES:
*We are pleased to offer a dog friendly property for our guests but the property owners assume no liability for incidents involving dogs on the property.
*Additional cleaning fees will be assessed for excessive cleaning related to dogs in the house and any damages will be taken from the security deposit.
*Dogs will be allowed with a one time fee of $30/dog. Maximum of 3 dogs. Fee will be collected after check-in via Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. 1/3 of all pet fees goes to The Asheville Humane Society.
