Our our brand new Jungle themed apartment is a must stay. We are in the heart of East Nashville so you can walk to quite a few different bars and restaurants while only being a short Uber or lyft ride to all of the honky tonks on Lower Broadway!

Our Jungle includes a full kitchen along with the following layout.
Bedroom King bed
En suite bathroom with walk in shower.
Living Room - Futon sleeper sofa (the back of the couch folds down).
Half bath off of the living room
There is a shared washer and dryer in the complex.
Guest will have 24 hour access with our keyless entry lock. This means you will not have to share a key to your group, just a door code!
We are local and will be available at any time, but will not be at the property unless needed.
We are located in the heart of East Nashville! You have amazing restaurants and bars all around you including directly across the street. You are very close to Starbucks, grocery stores and parks. Really anything you need is within walking distance or a very short drive!
You can walk to many places but if you choose to uber or lyft they are available 24hrs a day and are typically a very short wait.
If you are driving a car, we have 10 first come first serve spots available for parking.

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150
1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
