5 Bedroom House with Parking, Ocean View and Security
This wonderful wheelchair friendly home has just finished a one and a half year complete rehab. The property sits on 20 acres. The house has 4 large bedrooms, each with its own walk-in-closet. Two of the bedroom share a Jack-N-Jill bathroom and there is a second full bath as well. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on each side of the home. The 2 bedrooms to the East have a king size beds and the 2 bedrooms to the West have queen size beds. In between the bedrooms and bathrooms is large living area we call the Lodge Room, which has separate seating, dining and t.v. viewing areas, as well as 2 full/queen size hide-a-beds. All in all, the home will sleep 12. There are 5 flat screen t.v.s, 1 in the Lodge Room and 1 in each bedroom. Cable and Wifi service, as well as Google Home, is offered throughout the house. There is a 12'x28' deck located at the back of the house, and includes an outdoor shower. Also, there is a 12'x24' patio located at the front of the house off of the living room. The kitchen is quite large and has brand new hickory cabinets and brand new stainless steel appliances. During the warmer months we offer central air conditioning. During the colder months we have both radiant floor heating, as well as gas forced air heat; take your pick! There is also a utility room with a full sized stacked washer and dryer.
Regarding Hide-a-beds, we will only provide sheets and blankets IF we are notified at the time of booking that you will be using the Hide-a-beds. Otherwise, you will have to provide your own sheets and blankets if you decide to use them during your stay. We also will not provide the pillows for the hide-a-beds.
