Upon entering the front door, your eyes will be drawn instantly to the incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean on a no-drive beach! You will enjoy the breathtaking landscape of the ocean from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Our beautiful 5th floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath non-smoking condo will provide you with the all the comforts to make your stay a relaxing time in paradise! Furnished with Tommy Bahama, Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware furniture and Kitchenaid appliances. Newly remodeled master bath with marble tile, glass shower door and a Toto toilet. As you make your way through the unit to the non-smoking balcony area, you will find comfortable, reclining chairs with footstools to lay back and enjoy the breeze of the ocean, the pelicans gliding yards away, and at times the dolphins swimming. In the mornings, as you enjoy coffee on the balcony you will marvel at the magnificent sunrises and in the evening, enjoy a romantic beach walk by moonlight. Upon reentering the unit, you will step into the living room which is decorated in neutral tones with a 70" TV, soundbar and streaming along with Direct TV. The dining room provides seating for 6 and the bar for 4. The kitchen has granite countertops and is extensively stocked for the "Chef in you". The Master bedroom is furnished with a high-end queen-size mattress, a closet system with drawers and storage and wall mounted TV. The second bedroom is also furnished with a high-end queen-size mattress, a closet system with drawers and storage and wall mounted TV. Both bathrooms have walk in showers. This unit has a stack washer and dryer. This unit is a monthly rental.
This gated complex includes an Oceanfront Olympic-size heated swimming pool, two tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, charcoal grills, picnic tables and more located on the property.
